SmallBusiness.co.uk has created a list of 150 grants specifically targeted at SMEs or small businesses. The list covers all regions of the UK (the ‘Awesome Foursome’ as our new PM calls them).
The grant opportunities are selected for those companies with fewer than 250 employees or with a turnover of less than £45,000 and a balance sheet totalling less than £39,000.
There is also some additional information provided on loan and equity funding options which often accompany so-called ‘matched grants’, where the grant provider is willing to stump up a specific sum of money as long as the grant taker can also provide a percentage of that sum.
